         In order to preserve the peace and tranquillity of Dar Zaman we do not normally accept bookings for
         children under the age of 12 unless they are in a group that occupies the whole riad.

         Bookings

         Deposit of 50% of total accommodation cost required to secure reservation and is due at time of booking by PayPal or bank transfer.
         The balance of the accommodation is payable at the end of your stay and can be paid for in cash (any major currency) or by credit
         card. All extras should be paid for in cash.
         Reservations received within 30 days of arrival require payment in full. 
         Minimum stay Easter and End of Year 5 nights.
         For whole riad bookings, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at reservation. The remaining 50% is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
         Rooms are normally available from 14:00. Guests are requested to check out before midday.

         IMPORTANT

         A paying guest is not permitted to invite anyone to enter the riad without the express permission of the owner.  No exceptions.
   
         Cancellations

         Before 21 days prior to arrival: reimbursement of deposit/total paid after deduction of €40 cancellation fee 
         Less than 21 days before arrival (28 days high season): cancellation fee 100% of the total
