At Marrakech Riad Dar Zaman we take food very seriously.
Whether it's Chicken with Preserved Lemons and Olives, Lamb with Prunes, Couscous Royale or any one of our other succulent dishes, you will be treated to a true gastronomic delight! All the ingredients are freshly prepared and sourced from local farms.
During the warm months we serve dinner on the terrace; during the cooler months beside the open fire in one of the dining rooms.
Breakfast at Marrakech Riad Dar Zaman is included in your room rate, and includes a wonderful selection of fresh local produce, served at the time of your choosing! We serve our own homemade yogurt and crepes, fresh fruit, fresh Moroccan bread baked by the baker at the end of our street, croissants, pastries and eggs any style, together with fresh squeezed orange juice, tea and freshly brewed coffee.
